The Brief

The primary objectives for the MEP design and installation were:

1. Design and install MEP systems that enhance the store's aesthetic and functional appeal. A challenge was the client wished to use an 'old fashioned', style PAR lamp fitting with the lamp exposed and lamp holder recessed into ceiling. 
2. Ensure energy efficiency and sustainability.
3. Provide a comfortable and engaging shopping environment.
4. Integrate advanced technologies for smart operations.
5. Complete the project within a tight timeline and budget

Scope included; 

• LED lighting – client wished to install old fashioned style PAR lamp fittings with the lamp exposed and lamp holder recessed into ceiling.  79lighting designed and manufactured a bespoke 3D printed plastered lamp holders within a robust time frame. The end product exceeded client expectations providing uniqueness to their store design.
