The Brief

To refurb the instore restaurant facilities to the new design template for Dobbies, a leading garden centre retailer.

Our Approach

With a request to validate existing services and produce a new MEP design within a week, the team moved swiftly to ensure these requirements were met for construction and fit out to commence immediately.

The Solution

To meet the new design a full refurbishment of all mechanical, electrical and public health services was required.  Our scope of works included;

• installation of small power to the restaurant, kitchen and play areas
• installation of lighting and feature pendant lighting to the above areas
• hot and cold water to the kitchen and dispensing areas
• new air conditioning into the childrens play area
• 8 week programme
