The Solution
Full overhaul and installation of MEP services inclusive of;
- new DALI dimmable LED lighting with daylight harvesting,
- load balancing EV charging stations,
- heat recovery ventilation system fitted with a DX heat exchanger,
- LV Panel board and sub distribution,
- new Building Management System offering a remote approach to energy monitoring and system control
